Medical Exercise Training includes the use of strength, flexibility and cardiovascular training to manage medical conditions. Medical Exercise Training or Post Rehab Conditioning is the perfect next step for clients coming off of injury or surgery who need a little extra help after being released by their Doctor and Physical Therapist or those who need specialized help from a medical exercise professional. Come and see us and learn how to maintain and improve your physical therapy goals and your daily activities. Fit Over Forty specializes in Land and Aquatic Rehab and working with those with limited mobility, special needs and those finishing physical therapy.

We offer sessions for post-rehab conditioning, strengthening, stress reduction, flexibility, and general well being using a variety of modalities: traditional conditioning methods, Feldenkrais Method®, AquaStretchTM, Yoga, Taijiquan, Bones for Life®, and various Pole Walking methods. Group sessions may be available.

Personal Fitness Training
Do you need a specialized fitness program? We specialize in individual sessions for those who require personalized programs due to special needs, injury, surgery, illness, disuse, or personal preference. We offer fitness training using a variety of modalities: traditional conditioning methods, Feldenkrais Method®, AquaStretchTM, Yoga, Taijiquan, Bones for Life®, and various Pole Walking methods. Fit Over Forty specializes in Land and Aquatic Rehab and working with those with limited mobility, special needs and those finishing physical therapy. Group sessions may be available.
Fit Over Forty offers Post Rehab training, Personal training and Aerobic training in individual and group formats. Individual and group training can be done in the water or on land. We have exercise classes, aerobic classes and arthritis classes on land and in the water both for general fitness and rehab.
