Fit Over Forty – March 2020

As most of you know, I broke my femur in January. I will be recovering at home until mid April and then must have extensive rehab to my affected leg. I am hoping to return to my full teaching schedule but do not have an exact timeline.  My plan is to have a full teaching schedule at Brier Stone (Clarke County) this summer and to return to Ida Lee as soon as i can and return to Clarke County Parks and Rec beginning of  October 2020. 
I am planning on teaching 4 Feldenkrais Method Awareness through Movement series of classes while I am recuperating. M/W 11am, Tuesday 1pm and Monday or Wednesday at 5:00pm. Each class will be dependent on enrollment – I need 4 people to hold the class.  I am encouraging online enrollment but can have maybe 5-6 here at Brier Stone in the living room if you prefer. $40 per session of 5 classes – you may make up at other session, but please sign up for your preferred time. Let me know if you are interested and which class you will usually attend.

Introduction to Water Exercise

Perfect for those new to water exercise. This class will explore different types of water exercise classes and different types of equipment.
